Born and raised in Bordeaux, France, where he studied French Pastry, Benoît Pagliardini moved to the U.S., where he became the Pastry Chef for Miami-based French bakery Atelier Monnier. He brings a modern and fresh take on French pastry classics, always leaving guests wanting more with a special “je ne sais quoi” in each creation.
Today, his purpose is to share his passion and make pastry accessible to all.
“I got into pastry because it is a passion that I shared with my dad. We loved to bake, share those moments together and then share with the family during Sunday lunches (and if you have been to France you know they’re a big deal).
As I became a Pastry Chef, my purpose for baking is still sharing, I love how a great dessert can put a smile on people’s faces, promote sharing (a dessert, stories, a moment) and create memories.
Today with Casa Bake, I am going even further in my purpose of sharing, as I am literally sharing all of my knowledge with you!”
